Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
My passion is to help those who are underserved. The disability community is who can benefit most from movement and fitness coaching. Your situation is something I will take time to understand, to really dive in to how we can best employ the Rally Cap mindset in your life. Care and empathy come standard with every session, no matter the ability level you present with.
Through one-on-one programing, I will take time to get to know your general health history, your fitness aspirations, and your overall fears. This way, we can establish a good set of goals tailored specifically for you.
Planning is nothing more than dreaming without action. Let me design a plan using activities that you'll enjoy, so you can get fired up to stay moving. We'll set the steps together, you just have to walk them.
My role is to be knowledgeable and use constant assessment to guide you as we improve your overall fitness. I will give you positive reinforcement, feedback, and encouragement to help you build a self-motivated mindset.
Exploration, joy, and play are intimately intertwined parts of the learning process. That's why the most important considerations are in making the experience both enjoyable and beneficial. Our main goal is for you to have a good time while building skills to improve your overall fitness.
It's never an easy task to accomplish movement and lifestyle improvement alone, especially without a good strategy. This is why Rally Cap strives to be resourceful. We have multiple approaches and partners to keep you engaged and help you build a mindset where eventually you can coach yourself to stay fit and moving well without us.
You don't need to "get in shape first" and there's no training required. That's all a part of the service. You just have to be coachable and bring the effort.
A good coach can cut through the noise to identify what you should be focusing on. What can we really do today to make life better? These are the questions we ask.
