Nope. An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. This means that if you prefer to exercise outdoors or at home, I will come up with a plan for you! I also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
My passion is to help those who are underserved. The disability community is who can benefit most from movement and fitness coaching. Your situation is something I will take time to understand, to really dive in to how we can best employ the Rally Cap mindset in your life. Care and empathy come standard with every session, no matter the ability level you present with.
